The liners are classified as personal protection equipment – not as medical devices. The Cut-Resistant Glove Liners are sterile, and it is recommended that they be worn between two powder-free surgical gloves when used during surgical procedures.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

Washing : Wash in warm, soapy water prior to disinfection and sterilization. Bleach can be added if necessary. Rinse thoroughly after washing.

Drying : Remove the gloves after the spin cycle and allow to air dry, or damp dry with a towel. Drying time is less than one hour

Visual Inspection After each use, inspect the gloves for the following:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Excessive loss of elasticity
  • Tears and/or cuts
  • Loose threads on the outside
  • Loose seams

Sterilization Autoclaving or ethylene oxide sterilization may be used.

Disinfection Sodium hypochlorite or alkaline glutaraldehyde may be used.
