Sinus Osteotome, BOB-28. Sine Osteotome is designed for easy access in difficult area using the T-Bar handle. Using this instrument, a conventional osteotomy is made to the floor of the sinus. The concave tips create osteotomy and lift sinus floor simultaneously. The Sinus Osteotome is inserted into the osteotomy and gently tapped apically to separate and lift the cortical bone at the sinus floor. The diameter of working end is 2.8 mm. The depths are marked at 8-10-12-14-16 mm.
